Kitchen Tip
Set your oven to 375F. Make a few small slices into squash with a small sharp knife. Roast it whole for about an hour, or until tender when pierced with a knife. This makes it incredibly easy to cut in half and the squash practically falls out when scraping with a fork. Enjoy! Continue reading »
